Stream 1.5 has not been updated in a long time and so does not provide multiple CPU support when encoding MPEG video. This is quite annoying when encoding at max quality and you drop frames because your 8 cores are not being used! You can add multiple CPU support by updating a couple of DLL files. Read more »
